Description:
This series of roller-bed consists of driving roller, idler roller and electric system etc.
The distance between the powered turning roll and idle roll is adjusted by the bolts to suit for the work piece different diameter, ensuring surrounding angle of work-piece between 45°110°, which is convenience and easy. The equipment features in good adaptation, smooth revolve, VFD adjustable revolve speed and displaying in linear speed, which is suitable for welding, polishing, assembly for pipe/tank/vessel longitudinal and transverse seam welding.
Applications:
It used in many industries such as pressure vessel, boiler, freezing equipment, power station construction, metallurgical, engineering machinery, marine building, and petro-chemical industries etc.
